Terms, refunds, shipping and privacy

Terms of sale

PaperConnected is operated from Chatsworth, CA. Prices on the site are in US dollars and include ground shipping within the United States. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Every product is printed to order from the files you send. Approving your order, paying for it, or authorizing production confirms the artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities and materials. Colors on screen can differ slightly from ink on paper.

Production time is counted in business days after your file is approved, then ground shipping follows.

Refunds and reprints

Printed products are made to order, so they are final sale once your file is approved and sent to production.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you approved, contact us within 5 days of delivery at (818) 714-0149 or AllAbovePrints@gmail.com with a photo. If the error is ours or the printer's, we reprint the order at no charge or refund it. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected items.

Errors in the files you supplied (spelling, missing bleed you were warned about, low resolution you approved) are not covered.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your file is approved and sent to production. After that the job is on press and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

Free UPS Ground shipping to any address in the United States, usually 1 to 5 business days after production depending on where you are. Orders ship blind: no prices in the box and our return address.

Tracking is emailed to you when the order ships.

Privacy

We collect what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, email, phone, shipping address and the files you upload. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Your information and files are used only to produce, ship and support your order, and are shared only with the print and shipping partners who do that work. We do not sell your information.
